It is mounted on the pipeline of high buildings, fire-fighting and other water supply systems. The Self pressure discharging & retaining valve will open automatically to discharge the pressure quickly when the pressure inside the pipeline surpasses the set one so as to protect the pipeline's safety. It can also be used as the pressure-retaining valve to guarantee the water supply pressure of the main valve's upper-stream.

1. Able to keep the set Self pressure unchanged accurately. It will open quickly to discharge the pressure once the pressure surpasses the preset one.
2. Closed stably and reliably to remove the residual pressure.

Note: Either elastic seat ring sealed gate valve or butterfly valve can be selected in the schematic of installation. Recommend to select the butterfly valve in case of =DN350.
