Tri-State Valve & Instrument Co. is the successor to Tri-State Machine originally founded in 1964 as a valve service organization. The company was acquired in 1983 and expanded the operations to include National Board "VR" repair of pressure relief valves, and ASME assembly of new pressure relief valves. In 1985 operations were again expanded to include Representation and Distribution of Valves and Process Instrumentation.
Started as a service only company, Tri-State has extended the real meaning of service into all aspects of our business. We strive to be a valuable resource for our customers by offering the correct and most cost effective product or maintenance solution for every application challenge.
Our specialty today is in the areas of:
- ASME Assembly and distribution of new pressure relief valves for steam, air/vapor, and liquid services.
- Representation and distribution for leading manufactures of rupture disks, control valves, regulators, isolation valves and related accessories for the chemical, refinery, power, pulp & paper, food processing and manufacturing industries.
- Valve automation, valve communication and accessories.
- Reconditioning and Maintenance Services for pressure relief valves, control valves, regulators, and all types of manual and check valves.
